To Open an Account We Need
- Application. (Printed single-side only, not front & back)
- Copy of your driver’s license or passport
- Check for $50 for the set-up fee (made payable to uDirect IRA Services)*
- Copy of the statement from your current IRA or 401(k) account

To expedite the opening of your account, fax your completed, signed application and a copy of your ID to (866) 538-3539. If you wish to scan your application, please include your ID and e-mail your PDF to Administration@uDirectIRA.com then mail your originals.
Safety & Security: We recommend you send your original application and enclosures via PRIORITY MAIL or some other trackable mail service to: uDirect IRA Services, 2522 Chambers Road, Suite 100, Tustin, CA 92780. When e-mailing your application you may want to use www.HushMail.com or some other e-mail encryption service.
